Rainbow Windows Client installation issue - ".vbs" filetype association
AnsweredHi community,
Until recently, several contacts in a Business Partner company had trouble installing Rainbow UCaaS for Windows Client. The issue was still under investigation and the people were using Rainbow through Chrome web browser.
We eventually found out that that the issue came from a bad .vbs file association.
the .vbs were associated with notepad program instead of Windows Scripting Host...
Don't know if it had already been pointed out on this forum (sorry if it already had).
So in case of trouble installing windows client, think about checking default filetype associations.
Bye Rainbowers!
