Forward a file, using the Rainbow iOS application, to a rainbow contact, a successful sharing message appears, but, the file is not deliver to the recipient.

Forward a file, using the Rainbow iOS application, to a rainbow contact. 

 

Using the “Avançar” function, it's possible forward the file.

Using the “Compartilhar” function, successful sharing message appears, however, the file is not deliver to the recipient.

  Hello Juliana,

  I have done some tests and I reproduce the problem.

  -Forwarding a file to a Rainbow contact using the "Forward" (Avancar) function is ok

  -Forwarding a file using the "Sharing" (Compartilhar) function and then choosing the Rainbow app does not work

  However choosing another ios app like email or message seems ok.

  I am going to open a case to R&D for this issue. I will let you know their feedback.

  Hello Juliana,

  The issue you reported has been fixed in Rainbow release 1.53, ios 1.53.2 version.

  I have just tested the sharing function, it works well now.
