My Status Stays Busy after an Audio/Video CallAnswered
Question raised from the comment: Production Note - Rainbow 1.54
Issue at Rainbow to Rainbow call. After the called pickup the call, no voice at called side and after that the caller status is busy
As answered by Quentin in another post from you, VoIP Calling and Audio/Video Call features suffered some troubles between the last update and 9:00AM this morning.
It is fixed now, but you might have to restart your client to get back to normal state.
If you still have presence issue after a client restart, let us know.

I saw this post today, because in my company all the users that are using rainbow have the Caller Status "Busy".
Can you tell me if there is something I can do from this side?
