My Status Stays Busy after an Audio/Video Call

    Hello,

    As answered by Quentin in another post from you, VoIP Calling and Audio/Video Call features suffered some troubles between the last update and 9:00AM this morning.

    It is fixed now, but you might have to restart your client to get back to normal state.

    If you still have presence issue after a client restart, let us know.

    I saw this post today, because in my company all the users that are using rainbow have the Caller Status "Busy".

    Can you tell me if there is something I can do from this side?

    I do experience the same issue today. New buggy update ?

    I already restarted my smartphone and laptop. I have no other clients.
