Hello,
Your webRTC gateway is currently not connected to Rainbow. First make sure that Rainbow cloud is reachable from the webRTC gateway. DNS, firewall ports, proxy settings...

Hi
The firewall was checked and it is allowing everything from the outside without problems, the OXO configuration was verified and it is correct but it still marks me error when I type the mpstatus command.
It still shows me in the rainbow that it is degraded and in the Webrtc server it still shows rainbow auth status failed
