    Hello,

    The number displayed in Rainbow is received from the PBX.

    And in our ticket database, we have a similar case treated on OXO Connect side.

    So I would advise you to create ticket on PBX side.

    Hello,

    I'm going to check the outgoing call logs on the OXE.

    If I see that a wrong number being sent by the OXE, I will try to correct the OXE configuration.

    If needed I will create an OXE support ticket.
