Rainbow Telephony + MS TEAMS connector for Mobile

Hi,

I tried to install Rainbow Telephony present in MS Teams in Apple iPhone version 16.1.1. However, after installing the app and clicking on Start button, entering the login credentials. And in spite of entering the correct login details i still get the message as follows. For your reference, i am pasting the screenshot for reference. This same features works on Desktop application. Please provide similar feature in mobile. So, users can use MS Teams client on their mobile client for Rainbow Telephony features.

  Please note that the Rainbow Teams connector is not supported for mobile (Android/iOS) clients and the Teams telephony feature will support only on Windows and MAC desktop clients.

   

  

   

  However, please be advised that we will take this into consideration.
