    Hi Julien,

    I've checked our support ticket database but I can't find any similar issue. I would suggest that you contact your ALE Reseller who can open a Rainbow support ticket so that we can analyse further this issue.

    Did you test your connection from Rainbow?

    It's very helpfull for such issues

    you can't check also on the Rainbow dashboard the audio quality of the calls
