  Hi,

  since mid of December 2018 the process slightly changed. Now on the ALE Business Portal, you will be asked to complete the form directly (no more Excel files) and only for countries concerned by export control. The validation should be effective within 48 hours.

  If you still have a problem with this process, please do not hesitate to contact your support team (consult following article How Can I Get Support in Rainbow?).
