Google Contacts doesn't work

Hello Rainbow-Community,

my company is using the google g-suite.

Recently we got Rainbow and now we are struggling with the google contacts synchronization.

In our case we are not able to add contacts via the google contacts interface.

On the bottom of the rainbow web interface there is the button "invite contacts".

Then I have three options where I can choose: Rainbow, Office 365 and Google Contacts.

When I press the "Google Contacts" button, there is no reaction. Nothing happens.

Are there other people with the same problem?

I am very thankful for any advice.

  same here, you should start with checking your rainbow logs, e.g.:

  Hello,

  Unfortunately, synchronizing Google Contacts and Calendar does not work anymore. We are looking into this issue which also involves Google. So it might take a few weeks to get this service back. I will let you know when the problem is solved.
